Making Milk FOAM TOPPING
USING OUR FOAM TOPPING POWDER.
1. Blend 200 grams of whipping cream to foamy.
2 Add 200 grams of whole milk to mixture and continue blending until light and creamy.
3. Add another 50 grams of whole milk to the blended mixture.
4 Add another 25 grams of FOAM powder to mixture and blend to FOAMY.
5. Add 20 grams of sugar to mixture and blend until FOAMY. -
TEA BASE LATTES: using Infused Black Tea or Green Tea base
MEASUREMENTS:
For one serving (16 oz.)
A half cup (0.8 ounces) of crushed ice in a Cocktail Shaker.
2 ounces of our flavored SYRUPS.
9 fluid ounces of BREWED TEA (Either Green Tea OR Black Tea bags).
1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a serving cup.PROCEDURES:
STEP 1:
Add all ingredients except crushed ice and "Tapioca pearls" into a "Cocktail Shaker" and shake until all ingredients are well mixed.
STEP 2:
Add ice into the "Cocktail Shaker" and shake until fluid is slightly chilled and bubbly.
STEP 3:
Pour the shaken ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls of the drinking cup and enjoy! -
CREAM FLAVORED MILK TEA
MEASUREMENTS:
For one serving (16 oz. 2 tbsp of "Refined Creamer" and
2 tbsp of Cream flavored powder of your choice.
2 tbsp of "Sugar Syrup" or substitution.
3/4 cup of warm water and stir to dissolve the powder.
1 cup of crushed Ice
1 scoop of cooked "Tapioca Pearls"PROCEDURES:
STEP 1:
Add all ingredients except crushed ice and "Tapioca pearls" into a "Cocktail Shaker" and shake until all ingredients are well mixed.
STEP 2:
Add ice into the "Cocktail Shaker" and shake until fluid is slightly chilled and bubbly.
STEP 3:
Pour the shaken ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls of the drinking cup and enjoy! -
FRESH FRUIT MANGO BUBBLE TEA
MEASUREMENTS:
For one serving (16 oz.) 2 tbsp of "Mango syrup OR Mango puree".
2 tbsp of Bubble Tea "Cream Flavored Powder"
2 tbsp of "Sugar Syrup" or substitution.
1/2 cup milk
1 cup of crushed Ice
1 scoop of cooked "Tapioca Pearls"
Some pieces of Fresh Fruit Mango.
(Need ideas? How about Strawberry, Mixed Berries, or even Durian.PROCEDURES:
STEP 1:
Add all the ingredients into the blender except the Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls".
STEP 2:
Blend the ingredient to your preference. Choose a "Flavored Powder" that complements the fresh fruit you are blending. Also blend the fruit to your liking. Some enjoy tasting the fruit pulp and some prefer it finely coursed
STEP 3:
Pour the shaken ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls of the drinking cup.
STEP 4:
A delicious, refreshing and healthy drink. Enjoy!!!. -
PREPARING YOUR SUGAR SHOTS
MEASUREMENTS:
3 cup of water
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/2 brown sugar*You can use household "Honey Syrup" as a substitution.
PROCEDURES: STEP 1:
Boil water at a High temperature in a pot.
STEP 2:
Add all ingredients.
STEP 3:
Stir evenly and remove the pot from grill when the "Sugar Syrup" reaches a boil.
STEP 4:
Turn off the heat and let the "Sugar Syrup" cool down to room temperature. -
COOKING YOUR TAPIOCA PEARLS
MEASUREMENTS:
For approximately 5-6 servings (5-6 16 oz. Drinks)
1 cup of Tapioca Pearls
7 cups of waterPROCEDURES:
STEP 1:
Boil water at a High temperature in a pot.
STEP 2:
Add Tapioca Pearls in boiling water with the cover off for better visibility.
STEP 3:
Boil for approximately 45 minutes or 30 minutes when using a pressure cooker.
STEP 4:
It's normal to see "Tapioca Pearls" floating in the water.
STEP 5:
Stir occasionally to prevent Pearls from sticking together.
STEP 6:
Turn off the heat after elapsed time and let the pot settle at room temperature for 60 minutes with lids on.
STEP 7:
Rinse the "Tapioca Pearls" in warm water and drain the water into a large bowl. Add "Sugar Syrup" or alternatively "Honey Syrup". Make sure to evenly stir the Tapioca Pearls in either solution. Tapioca Pearls have the tendency to stick to each other.
STEP 8:
Tapioca Pearls are ready for serving with the many Bubble Tea drinks... Enjoy! -
BREWING YOUR GREEN TEA OR BLACK TEA
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add three tbsp of "Tea" in the "Tea Strainer" for every one- cup of water. A ratio of (3:1) (Tea: Water).
3. Remove "Tea Strainer" after 3-4 minutes.
Note: Not all Bubble Tea flavors goes along with Tea so go with your own preferences. If unsure, use all water base instead of Tea. It will be your best bet.
